The menu will vary depending on the availability of ingredients on the day. We offer a variety of dishes for you to fully enjoy the quality of the ingredients, such as fresh seafood from Seto Inland, A5 rank Kobe beef, and freshly picked local vegetables. An assortment of hors d'oeuvres (1,000 yen) is available separately for both courses and à la carte items.

We use unpolished “Koshihikari” rice from Minamiuonuma, Niigata and “Hitomebore” rice from Kusu, Oita. We polish the rice every morning, and cook just before noon.
